Lulu's Buttercream Icing


This basic, smooth, and rich frosting is just the right 

finishing touch for any cake!!! You will  definitely find 

yourself licking the bowl...






Ingredients:

6 ounces good semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled


4 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar (no need to sift)


3 sticks (12 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature


6 tablespoons half-and-half


1 tablespoon vanilla extract



Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into food processor and pulse until combined. 

2. Leave out chocolate if you want white (vanilla) frosting for writing on the cake or for filling. You can also dye the white to desired colors if you want to decorate the cake with flowers or decoration of choice.
